Hi, friend!
Thank you for taking the time to book a meditative breathwork session with me. I look forward to sharing space with you! This is an opportunity to deepen into your body and your breathing practice. You will have the space and the time to go as deep as feels safe for you, and to find whatever ease or activation your body is needing.
If this is your first time breathing with me, please complete the following forms (if you're a returning breather, you do not need to fill these out again):
Before your session, I invite you to set up a comfortable place for you to breathe and anything else that would make our time together more sacred for you! Please add any comfort objects and create a space where you feel safe and relaxed. You may bring pillows, blankets, candles, pen/journal, crystals, water, etc., or anything else that would help support you during our time together.
For this journey, we will be laying down on our backs. I encourage you to bring a pillow or bolster to place under your knees to support your low back.
Temperature shifts are sometimes part of the journey. I invite you to wear comfortable clothing and have a blanket or sweater to have handy should you get cold.
Please arrive with your camera on and somewhere quiet & comfortable where you can still remain on camera. This will allow me to support you through your breath-work journey.
Quick checklist before your session:
Drink plenty of water 24 hours before our session.
Come with an empty stomach (at least 2 hours after a meal).
Hold off on water (at least 1 hour before our session).
Eliminate any distractions - eg. placing your phone on DND

Before you pay — I invite you to set your intention, because the energy in which you take each action is the energy received by the universe when co-creating your reality. There is no limit to the amount of good available for you in this lifetime. :)
